В статье проанализированы роль институциональных механизмов и стратегические направления привлечения иностранных инвестиций в Узбекистан в условиях цифровой трансформации. На основе анализа текущего инвестиционного климата, государственной политики и международного опыта разработаны рекомендации, адаптированные к условиям Узбекистана. На примере таких стран, как Китай, Эстония и Сингапур, показано, как современная цифровая инфраструктура способствует повышению инвестиционной привлекательности страны
