ЗНАЧЕНИЕ, НАУЧНО-ТЕОРЕТИЧЕСКИЕ И ПРАВОВЫЕ ОСНОВЫ ПРИВЛЕЧЕНИЯ ИНВЕСТИЦИЙ В ИННОВАЦИОННУЮ ДЕЯТЕЛЬНОСТЬ

Данная статья посвящена анализу важности и научно-теоретических, правовых основ привлечения инвестиций в инновационную деятельность. Инвестиции рассматриваются как важное условие преобразования научных идей в новые продукты и технологии. Освещены научно-теоретические подходы к взаимосвязи между инвестициями и инновациями (Шумпетер, Друкер, концепция национальных инновационных систем, эндогенные модели роста). В правовом аспекте изучены законодательные основы Республики Узбекистан, в том числе Законы "Об инвестициях и инвестиционной деятельности" (2019), "Об инновационной деятельности" (2020) и Стратегия инновационного развития на 2022-2026 годы. Рассмотрены механизмы венчурного финансирования, регуляторные тестовые площадки для стартапов, а также зарубежный опыт. Подчеркнута необходимость комплексного подхода, сочетающего государственную поддержку, частный капитал и правовые гарантии для обеспечения устойчивого инновационного роста
