ЭКОНОМИЧЕСКАЯ СУЩНОСТЬ РАЗВИТИЯ ИНФРАСТРУКТУРЫ

В данной статье научно проанализирована экономическая сущность развития инфраструктуры. Раскрыта роль инфраструктуры в ускорении экономического роста, создании рабочих мест, привлечении инвестиций и повышении качества жизни населения. На основе анализа международного опыта рассмотрены современные модели финансирования инфраструктуры (государственно-частное партнёрство, прямые иностранные инвестиции, кредиты международных финансовых институтов), а также показаны возможности их применения в условиях Узбекистана. Автор приходит к выводу, что инфраструктура является ключевым стратегическим фактором обеспечения устойчивого экономического развития
