ЭКОНОМЕТРИЧЕСКИЙ АНАЛИЗ ВЛИЯНИЯ ФИНАНСИРОВАНИЯ ГОСУДАРСТВЕННЫХ РАСХОДОВ НА СИСТЕМУ ЗДРАВООХРАНЕНИЯ НА УСТОЙЧИВЫЙ ЭКОНОМИЧЕСКИЙ РОСТ

Данное исследование оценивает взаимосвязь между расходами на здравоохранение и устойчивым экономическим ростом с использованием эконометрического анализа. Анализ выполнен на примере 44 стран с использованием эконометрических моделей (OLS, фиксированные эффекты (FE), инструментальные переменные – IV (2SLS), GMM). Согласно результатам модели фиксированных эффектов, установлено, что расходы на здравоохранение оказывают положительное влияние на экономический рост. Однако, результаты IV-модели близки к результатам, полученным с использованием OLS, тогда как модель GMM, учитывающая эндогенность, указывает на возможное замедление экономического роста под влиянием расходов на здравоохранение. В то же время, тест Саргана-Хансена показал, что используемые инструментальные переменные не являются полностью надежными. Сделан вывод о том, что государства могут стимулировать экономический рост за счет оптимизации объема и эффективности расходов на здравоохранение.
