ТЕХНОЛОГИИ СОВЕРШЕНСТВОВАНИЯ СИСТЕМЫ ФИНАНСОВОГО УПРАВЛЕНИЯ В МАЛОМ БИЗНЕСЕ
Аннотация
Облачные технологии, искусственный интеллект и аналитические программы приобретают все большее значение в управлении малым бизнесом. Они помогают субъектам малого бизнеса развивать свою деятельность, повышать эффективность, снижать затраты и оптимизировать процесс принятия решений. В статье описаны значение, сущность и механизмы внедрения инновационных цифровых технологий в упрощении управления финансами и повышении эффективности деятельности субъектов малого предпринимательства. Путем внедрения инновационных технологий в процессы малого бизнеса осуществлен синтез условий для системного управления. Инновационное развитие субъектов малого предпринимательства, инновационная среда и потенциал внедрения инноваций рассматриваются и исходя из этого являются важным фактором. Анализируются возможности ускорения бизнес-процессов, снижения затрат и повышения уровня точности и прозрачности финансовых отношений.
