Abstract

The article examines the economic mechanisms for the development of construction services in the context of modern transformational processes in the economy of Uzbekistan. The relevance of the study is determined by the strategic role of the construction industry in ensuring economic growth and improving the quality of life of the population. Based on the analysis of statistical data for 2020-2024, key trends in the industry development were identified, including the growth of construction work volumes to 233.8 trillion soums and the expansion of small business participation. Recommendations are proposed for improving the institutional environment, optimizing financial mechanisms and digital transformation of the construction industry.
