The article examines modern strategic approaches to improving the quality of the educational process in higher education institutions, focused on the integration of science and education, adaptation to the challenges of globalization and digitalization. The need to develop long-term, flexible and comprehensive strategies that take into account internal and external factors in the development of educational organizations is substantiated.
