Annotasiya

Ushbu maqolada raqamli transformatsiyaning tezkor texnologik taraqqiyot sifatida banklarning fintech kompaniyalar bilan raqobatbardoshlikni saqlab qolish uchun chakana bank xizmatlarini raqamlashtirish strategik zarurat ekanligi nazariy jihatdan asoslangan. Undan tashqari chakana bank xizmatlarida raqamli transformatsiya qilishning nazariy asoslari tanqidiy o‘rganildi, innovatsiyalarning diffuziya nazariyasi, resurslarga asoslangan qarash (RBV), institutsional nazariya, xizmatga asoslangan mantiq (SDL), texnologiyalarni qabul qilish modellari va dinamik imkoniyatlarning asosiy tamoyillari keng ko‘lamli tahlil qilindi. Raqamli transformatsiya shunchaki raqamli vositalarni joriy qilish emas, balki qiymat yaratish, xizmatlarni yetkazib berish, mijozlar bilan ishlash, samaradorlikni oshirish va banklararo raqobatbardoshlikni oshirish ekanligi asoslandi. Ko‘p sonli ilmiy adabiyotlarni tahlil qilish orqali tadqiqot mavjud nazariy asoslardagi bo‘shliqlarni aniqlab, banklarning raqamli iqtisodiyotga qanday moslashishi, innovatsiyaga investitsiya kiritish hajmini oshirishi va raqamli jihatdan yetuk bo‘lishga harakat qilmoqda. Bu kabi tahlillar chakana bank xizmatlarida raqamli transformatsiyaning tizimli va ko‘p o‘lchovli dinamikasini tushunish uchun keng qamrovli taraqqiyot modellarini taklif qilish orqali sohaga ilmiy va amaliy jihatdan ma’lum darajada hissa qo‘shadi.
