Ushbu maqola innovatsion faoliyatga investitsiyalarni jalb etishning ahamiyati va ilmiy-nazariy, huquqiy asoslarini tahlil qilishga bag‘ishlangan. Investitsiyalar ilmiy g‘oyalarni yangi mahsulot va texnologiyalarga aylantirishning muhim sharti sifatida ko‘rib chiqiladi. Investitsiya va innovatsiyalar o‘rtasidagi o‘zaro bog‘liqlikka oid ilmiy-nazariy yondashuvlar (Shumpeter, Druker, milliy innovatsion tizimlar konsepsiyasi, o‘sishning endogen modellari) yoritib berilgan. Huquqiy jihatdan O‘zbekiston Respublikasining qonunchilik asoslari, jumladan, “Investitsiyalar va investitsiya faoliyati to‘g‘risida”gi (2019), “Innovatsion faoliyat to‘g‘risida”gi (2020) Qonunlar hamda 2022-2026-yillarga mo‘ljallangan Innovatsion rivojlanish strategiyasi o‘rganilgan. Venchur moliyalashtirish mexanizmlari, startaplar uchun tartibga soluvchi sinov maydonchalar, shuningdek, xorijiy tajriba ko‘rib chiqilgan. Barqaror innovatsion o‘sishni ta’minlash uchun davlat ko‘magi, xususiy kapital va huquqiy kafolatlarni uyg‘unlashtiradigan kompleks yondashuvning zarurligi ta’kidlangan
