Мазкур мақолада олий таълим муассасаларида тайёрланаётган менежерларнинг касбий компетенцияларини ривожлантиришда сунъий интеллект (AI), маълумотлар таҳлили (Data Science) ва лойиҳа бошқаруви (Project Management) интеграциясининг аҳамияти таҳлил қилинган. Замонавий рақобат шароитида менежерлардан стратегик фикрлаш, инновацион ечимларни ишлаб чиқиш ва тезкор қарор қабул қилиш кўникмалари талаб этилмоқда. Шу боис AI ва Data Science технологияларидан самарали фойдаланиш орқали маълумотларга асосланган бошқарув қарорлари қабул қилиш имкониятлари очилади, Project Management усуллари эса лойиҳаларни самарали ташкил этиш ва жамоавий ишни мувофиқлаштиришга хизмат қилади. Ушбу йўналишларнинг ўзаро уйғунлиги менежер кадрларнинг рақамли иқтисодиёт шароитида касбий компетенцияларини ривожлантиришда стратегик аҳамиятга эгалиги асослаб берилган
