Maqola suv resurslari tanqisligi ortib borayotgan sharoitda suvni kvotalashning iqtisodiy mexanizmlarini tahlil qilishga bag‘ishlangan. Suvni kvotalash tariflarni tartibga solish, suv bozorlari va suvga bo‘lgan huquqlar bilan chambarchas bog‘liq bo‘lgan suv taqsimotining asosiy vositasi sifatida ko‘rib chiqiladi. Tadqiqotda qat’iy, moslashuvchan, mavsumiy va bozor tamoyillariga asoslangan kvotalash modellari o‘rganilgan. Avstraliya, Ispaniya va Chili tajribalarining qiyosiy tahlili o‘tkazilib, Markaziy Osiyoda suv olish limitlarini taqsimlash muammolari ham ko‘rib chiqilgan. Tadqiqot natijasida ekologik jihatdan maqbul kvotalarni davlat tomonidan tartibga solishni hamda ularni suvdan foydalanuvchilar o‘rtasida samarali қайта taqsimlashning iqtisodiy mexanizmlarini uyg‘unlashtirgan gibrid modellar eng barqaror yondashuv ekanligi xulosasi chiqarilgan.Kalit so‘zlar:
