ТЕОРЕТИЧЕСКИЕ ОСНОВЫ РЕГИОНАЛЬНОГО РАЗВИТИЯ

В статье рассматриваются теоретические основы регионального развития, анализируются различные этапы формирования его концепций и современные подходы. Помимо традиционных теорий конвергенции и дивергенции, модели «ядро–периферия», изучаются такие современные концепции, как эндогенный рост, инновации и кластеризация. Особое внимание уделено роли финансовых механизмов и государственных финансов в обеспечении регионального развития, а также институциональным и организационным основам повышения их эффективности. Отмечено, что в современных условиях наиболее результативным путём регионального развития является интегративный подход, сочетающий экономические, социальные, политические и культурные факторы. Таким образом, в статье научно обосновываются принципы целевого и эффективного использования финансовых инструментов для обеспечения регионального благосостояния и устойчивого экономического роста.
