The study delves into diverse global approaches, including those in the United States, the United Kingdom, Western Europe, and Scandinavia. It highlights unique methodologies, assessment criteria, and the decentralized nature of control. The article concludes by emphasizing the interconnectedness of teacher motivation and student outcomes in shaping the future of education.
