ВЛИЯНИЕ ЦИФРОВОЙ ТРАНСФОРМАЦИИ НА РЕГИОНАЛЬНЫЕ ЭКОНОМИЧЕСКИЕ ТЕНДЕНЦИИ В УСЛОВИЯХ ИННОВАЦИОННОЙ ЭКОНОМИКИ

Данная статья исследует влияние цифровой трансформации на региональные экономические тенденции в условиях инновационной экономики. На основе систематического анализа литературы (SLR) исследований, опубликованных в последние годы, рассматривается, как цифровые технологии (например, искусственный интеллект, большие данные и IoT) влияют на экономический рост, инновационный потенциал и региональные диспропорции. Результаты показывают, что цифровая трансформация существенно стимулирует региональный экономический рост и инновации через положительные эффекты перелива, но усугубляет экологические проблемы и неравенство в развивающихся регионах. В заключении подчеркивается необходимость интегрированных политик для смягчения негативных эффектов и обеспечения устойчивого развития. Рекомендации включают развитие цифровой инфраструктуры и инвестиции в зеленые инновации.
