В статье рассматривается методологический подход к исследованию теоретических основ финансовых процессов в логистических корпоративных структурах экономической системы. Поскольку логистические процессы все больше интегрируются в стратегические корпоративные структуры внешнеторгового баланса, финансовые механизмы приобретают важнейшее значение в формировании устойчивости, инвестиционной активности и операционной эффективности этой отрасли. В исследовании оценена важность финансовой теории-структуры капитала, управления рисками и максимизации стоимости- в логистической отрасли. Дается понимание корпоративных финансов, теории цепочек поставок и динамики на микроэкономическом уровне.
