Annotasiya

Mazkur maqolada ishchilar qoʻnimsizligining mazmuni, yuzaga kelish sabablari, iqtisodiy ahamiyati oʻrganib chiqilgan. Ishchilar qoʻnimsizligining ortib borishi sabablari jahon mintaqalari kesimida oʻrganilgan va mamlakatimizdagi holat boʻyicha taqqoslama tahlil oʻtkazilgan. Ishchilar qoʻnimsizligining umumiy korxona samaradorligiga taʼsirini oʻrganish boʻyicha oʻtkazilgan tadqiqotlar umumlashtirilgan, qoʻnimsizlik tufayli yuzaga kelishi mumkin boʻlgan xarajatlarni sohalar kesimida aniqlash mexanizmi ishlab chiqilgan. Oʻzbekistonda ishchilar qoʻnimsizligi boʻyicha rasmiy statistikaning yoʻqligi sabablari keltirilgan va uni bartaraf etish boʻyicha nazariy yechimlar berilgan. Qoʻnimsizlikning ortishi yoki kamayishiga taʼsir etuvchi omillar tasniflangan va moderatsiya tadqiqoti asosida ularning ishchilar qoʻnimsizligiga taʼsiri oʻrganilgan.
