SPECIFIC CHARACTERISTICS OF THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE HIGHER EDUCATIONAL SERVICES MARKET

This scientific article describes the role of improving the higher education system, defining the main tasks of the market of educational services in increasing the competitiveness of higher education and ways of their implementation. Also, proposals and recommendations have been developed for identifying and evaluating the specific aspects of educational services in the activities of higher education institutions.
