The evolution of the concept of service quality, its theoretical foundations, and key frameworks, such as the SERVQUAL model, are analyzed in detail. The paper highlights the cultural, social, and technological dimensions of service quality, as well as the role of human emotions and the integration of modern technologies in its enhancement. The review of theoretical and empirical literature suggests that improving service quality is vital for achieving sustainable development in the tourism sector.

However, various factors can affect the effectiveness of such training programs. In this research, several aspects that can affect the quality of the personnel training system in the field of tourism are studied. Based on empirical evidence and theoretical foundations, the article provides insights and recommendations on opportunities and strategies to optimize and modernize training systems to improve employee performance and organizational success in the tourism industry.

MODERNIZATION OF THE TOURISM SERVICES MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IN UZBEKISTAN: CURRENT PROBLEMS AND DIRECTIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT

This article provides a scientific analysis of the need to modernize the tourism services management system in Uzbekistan and identifies key challenges along with strategic directions for improvement. The study employs statistical analysis, comparative analysis, the TOWS matrix, and content analysis methods. The findings reveal that the sector still faces several critical issues, including institutional fragmentation, weak digital integration, uneven service quality across regions, limited staff qualifications, and insufficient marketing effectiveness. Furthermore, the research highlights that the development of smart tourism, implementation of digital platforms, adoption of international service quality standards, and increased involvement of local communities are crucial factors for modernizing the sector. The article proposes comprehensive solutions and serves as a valuable academic source for policymakers seeking to enhance tourism management in Uzbekistan

TOURISM INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGEMENT IN UZBEKISTAN: TRENDS, FACTORS AND ECONOMETRIC ASSESSMENT

The rapid development of the tourism industry is generating deep structural changes in the management of tourism infrastructure in Uzbekistan. This article provides a systematic analysis of the key components of tourism infrastructure, its development trends, and interactions with major economic factors. The study comparatively examines statistical data from 2016-2024 on the expansion of hotel capacity, improvements in transport and logistics systems, growth in investment flows, formation of regional tourism clusters, and service quality enhancements. Moreover, the impact of infrastructure development on tourism demand, the impulse of state policies and reforms on the sector, as well as pandemic-related disruptions and post-pandemic recovery dynamics, are assessed using econometric models. The findings contribute to the development of practical recommendations aimed at modernizing tourism infrastructure, increasing international tourist inflows, improving regional infrastructure efficiency, and ensuring sustainable economic growth.

ECONOMETRIC MODELING OF THE INCREASE OF THE LIVING STANDARD OF THE POPULATION ON THE BASIS OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD WORKING SYSTEM IN THE REGIONS

The article analyzes the research results of foreign and domestic scientists on reducing poverty and improving the standard of living of the population. Analytical opinions about the created system for reducing poverty and future plans were put forward. Internal and external factors influencing the improvement of the standard of living of the world population and the reforms aimed at them, scientific researches on reducing poverty continue on a large scale. In particular, the optimal point of the consumption basket, the minimum living wage, the minimum consumption expenditure amount, and the development of criteria for determining the poverty and destitution thresholds, as well as comments on the scientific research works on the directions of private entrepreneurship for the population based on the neighborhood work system. In the literature analysis, normative documents issued on poverty reduction in our country are cited. Proposals and recommendations for the further development of the population's standard of living are presented based on the neighborhood work system.
