This research is aimed at improving the mechanism for improving the competitiveness of personnel in the service sector, analyzing the skill level, innovative approaches and professional development of employees of the industry and identifying effective strategies for making them competitive. The study explores factors of human resources capacity building – education, training, motivation and innovative management systems through interviews of industry professionals, surveys and analysis of available literature.
