This article defines the concept of migration. It examines the factors influencing population migration and provides a statistical analysis of migration processes in Uzbekistan. Directions for measures to regulate labor migration are also developed. Furthermore, the article studies the methods used by foreign countries to directly influence the regulation of migration processes and analyzes global experience in this field. The interrelationship of labor force transformation in the context of migration and employment is also explored.

The study also examines the challenges of return migration, including skill mismatch and labor market reintegration difficulties. The results of the study suggest that globalization affects different workers in different ways, requiring policies that ensure fair opportunities and economic stability for all.

Women play a pivotal role in reshaping Human Resource Management (HRM) practices, contributing to diversity, innovation, and inclusive work environments. This research explores the transformative impact of women in HRM, focusing on their leadership styles, the barriers they face, and their contributions to organizational success. Through a mixed-methods approach, including surveys, interviews, and case studies, this study highlights the unique strategies employed by women in HR and the resulting implications for HR policies and practices. The findings underline the need for systemic support to overcome gender biases and amplify women’s influence in HRM.v
The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of digitalization on tourism education and how it enhances workforce competencies for the digital age. A quantitative methodology was employed, utilizing an online survey distributed to 62 respondents, including students, teachers, and professionals in tourism, to gather insights on digital skills and educational adaptations in the sector. The findings reveal that digitalization has significantly transformed tourism education, with respondents emphasizing the importance of digital tools, AI, and personalized services.
The originality of this study lies in its exploration of emerging digital competencies required in the tourism workforce and its contribution to understanding how educational institutions can adapt to the evolving digital demands. It highlights the need for continuous skill development, digital literacy, and the integration of advanced technologies in tourism education to ensure competitiveness in the modern industry.
In the following years, the world pays special attention to scientific research aimed at increasing the innovative potential, in particular, scientific and technical, investment, intellectual, infrastructural and qualified potential of the workforce, and their effective use. Based on this, this article reveals the possibilities of effective use of the innovation and investment potential of the national economy and puts forward the author's approaches in this direction.
This article discusses the features of accounting for non-governmental non-profit organizations, advanced approaches and effective experience of foreign experience. In addition, the importance of non-governmental non-profit organizations in the public life of the country and their role in the country’s economy was also analyzed. In addition, comments are given on the practice of compiling accounting reports of non-governmental non-profit organizations in accordance with international standards and submitting them to the relevant authorities, reporting forms for non-governmental non-profit organizations implemented with the introduction of program objectives and based on foreign experience in storage costs, proposals were put forward. At the end, prospects and conclusions are given for the development of the activities of non-governmental non-profit organizations based on foreign experience in accounting.
