By Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan PQ-4400 dated July 23, 2019 ”On measures to increase the popularity of microfinance services“, the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan was entrusted with the task of developing a “national strategy for increasing financial popularity”, which provides for expanding the popularity of financial services and increasing the level of financial literacy of business entities, consumer protection in the provision of financial services. The Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan has developed a national strategy to increase the popularity of financial services for 2021-2023. In this strategy, special emphasis is placed on the issues of entrepreneurship development in the country, income growth, and improving financial literacy of the population as an important tool for poverty reduction. It follows from this that in this monographic study, the issues of improving financial literacy of the population have been scientifically and methodically analyzed and practical suggestions and recommendations have been developed.

The article is devoted to the formation of a competitive environment in the service industry, a more in-depth study of the demand for services in the future, the role of benchmarking in the development of innovative activities in organizations and the effective management system of the service market. Benchmarking is the study of the "best" services and goods in the organization's marketing policy, the marketing process, and the development of one's own way of working, taking into account the achievements and shortcomings of direct competitors. This includes the organization and management of events, the search for the necessary financial resources, information supply, the provision of basic and additional types of services, the achievement of coordination with the service personnel, the organization of the flow of services and their security.
In this article, the author divided the indicators in the form of the “Profit or Loss and Other Comprehensive Income” report into initial indicators, current indicators, intermediate indicators and final indicators, and also revealed the content of the indicators of this group. During the study, the procedure and formulas for calculating intermediate indicators were developed. The study emphasizes the need to take into account the characteristics of trade, manufacturing and service enterprises to determine the cost of sales and services. A report form has been developed on the cost of sales of finished products in the periodic accounting system at manufacturing enterprises. 2.1(a) - proposals for improving calculations in the annex to income tax calculations are recommended.

The purpose of this article is to study the experience of the development of the Islamic financial system in Turkey, in particular, the history of the development of Islamic finance (participation finance), the formation of the infrastructure for the organization of Islamic financial services, the obstacles to the development of the Islamic financial system and the reforms carried out to overcome them, the development of this field is to examine the importance of contributing research institutions and analyze the practice of Islamic finance in the country. A quantitative approach has been used to achieve these goals. Moreover, directions of using Turkey's experience in Uzbekistan have been considered.

Diversification of the structure of the economy in Uzbekistan and its competitiveness, consistent introduction of market mechanisms to all sectors of the economy, reduction of poverty and increase the well-being of the population,rapid development of the digital economy, transformation of state companies, ensuring sustainable economic growth by reducing the participation of the state in the economy constitute the priorities of economic reforms currently being carried out. Within the framework of these economic reforms, the definition of urgent tasks for “formation of a free competitive environment in the commodity and financial markets”, “popularization of the life insurance network and personal insurance among the population, their large-scale promotion and development of new types of life and personal insurance” is a theoretical analysis of insurance activities in the country- it indicates the need to carry out research work on improving the methodological and practical basis, increasing the level of salinity and quality of insurance services in the structure of financial services.
In Uzbekistan, many universities are making a lot of money from students' fees. Income from payment contracts is the main way Tashkent State University of Economics funds its activities. This means we need to make big changes to expand and diversify what we do. The study found that colleges and universities don't properly consider the important tasks needed for their growth when planning their finances. This situation needs better money planning in colleges and universities, using new methods that fit today's needs.
