THE ROLE OF GREEN FINANCE INSTRUMENTS IN THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE WASTE RECYCLING SECTOR

This article provides an in-depth analysis of the economic and environmental importance of green finance instruments in improving the field of waste processing. Currently, increasing industrial emissions, increasing environmental problems, and the need to use resources wisely require the development of a waste recycling system. Green financial instruments are emerging as an important financial mechanism in this process. The article explains the nature of financial instruments such as green bonds, environmental loans, government subsidies, and grants, and analyzes their practical application in the waste recycling sector. During the study, the current state of the Waste Recycling Industry, existing financial problems and investment constraints were studied. In particular, it is justified that traditional sources of financing cannot fully meet the technological modernization and environmental safety requirements of enterprises. Therefore, the need to form a long-term and sustainable financing system through green financial instruments is emphasized.

Mamlakatda ekologik barqarorlikni ta’minlash, resurslardan oqilona foydalanish, “yashil energiya” ulushini kengaytirish hamda qishloq xo‘jaligida suvni tejovchi texnologiyalarni qo‘llash bo‘yicha amalga oshirilayotgan ishlar tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, iqtisodiyotning ushbu yangi modeli bilan bog‘liq imkoniyatlar va to‘siqlar o‘rganilib, ularni bartaraf etish yo‘llari ko‘rsatib o‘tilgan. Maqolada xalqaro tajriba, davlat strategiyalari va investitsiya loyihalari misolida yashil transformatsiyaning istiqbollari atroflicha bayon etiladi.

Gastronomy tourism, celebrated for its potential to showcase local culinary traditions and cultural diversity, faces a range of challenges that threaten its authenticity and sustainability. This article explores the multifaceted problems plaguing gastronomy tourism in Surkhandarya, ranging from overcommercialization and cultural appropriation to environmental sustainability concerns and economic disparities. Seasonality, supply chain issues, inadequate infrastructure, health and safety risks, and social impacts further compound these challenges. Nevertheless, there is a path forward, and this article offers a set of recommendations to address these issues and promote sustainable and responsible gastronomy tourism. By embracing these recommendations, the gastronomy tourism industry can not only overcome its problems but also thrive while preserving cultural heritage and benefiting local communities.

This article analyzes regional problems in developing ecotourism infrastructure in the Navoi region, the level of utilization of existing natural and recreational potential, as well as organizational and economic issues related to the organization of ecotourism services. It has been substantiated that the insufficient development of transport, engineering-communication, and service infrastructure in the region negatively impacts the efficiency of ecotourism. Scientific proposals and practical recommendations have also been developed for the effective use of ecotourism facilities, the formation of regional tourism clusters, ensuring environmental safety, and the development of modern infrastructure systems. The research results will serve to develop sustainable tourism in the regions and increase public employment.
