The article considers current trends in the labor market and the market of educational services in the Republic of Uzbekistan. The demographic aspect of the development of education in the republic and the growth in demand for a highly skilled workforce. The article outlines some ideas for overcoming the existing discrepancy between the market of educational services and the requirements of the labor market in modern Uzbekistan. In addition, the author considers the features of the functioning of labor markets and educational services and identifies the problems of their interaction. When studying the labor market of Uzbekistan, the factors influencing it were identified and the influence of these factors was theoretically substantiated. Their manifestation in practice is shown from the point of view of demographic processes in the labor market and the market of educational services. General conclusions are made and theoretical and practical recommendations are developed
The article examines at the regional level such indicators as population size, in particular, growth rates and the share of the economically active population, employment and unemployment levels, changes in the ratio of urban and rural populations, as sources of formation of the labor market. An analysis of regional similarities and differences in the dynamics of these indicators has been carried out. Based on the analysis of the trend in the share of the region's population in the country's population, it is assumed that this social process is an important factor in the economic process associated with the formation of labor resources and optimization of the labor market. In recent years, changes in the ratio of urban and rural populations have been assessed as a factor causing regional differences in the relative rates of the economically active population. It was revealed that the sources of formation of the labor market create a trend of change in the same time periods. It is explained that the jump points of unemployment levels in the regions are connected with the strong fluctuations in the growth picture of the economically active population. This is also based on the fact that the growth rate of the unemployment rate is not collinear with the growth rate of the economically active population.
The article examines theoretical approaches to the labor market in the process of the digital economy, and analyzes the opinions of scientists from foreign countries. In addition, during the formation of the digital economy, the development of the youth labor market, the positive and negative consequences of digitization in the field of labor, professions that are in declining demand and professions that are in demand in the labor market due to digitization are discussed.
This article provides a theoretical and conceptual analysis of the interrelationship between the digital labor market emerging under the conditions of the platform economy and human capital. The study examines the institutional characteristics of labor relations organized through digital platforms, the mechanisms of algorithmic management, as well as new forms of utilizing human capital. The author interprets the digital labor market as an independent economic institution fundamentally different from traditional labor relations and substantiates the process of labor fragmentation within the segments of cloud work, crowd work, and gig work. The article demonstrates the transformation of human capital in the digital economy from a classical factor of production into a resource that generates data and increases platform value.

It highlights the issues of ensuring the interrelation between the higher education system and the labor market, developing mechanisms aimed at forming students' professional competencies, and facilitating their employment. The article examines the alignment of educational programs with labor market demands, the collaborative participation of the public and private sectors, and the necessity of applying innovative approaches.
At the current stage of modern economic development, the assessment of factors influencing the development of the labor market in the field of digital technologies, based on various research methods, is the basis for determining the correct strategic directions in the digital economy in the country. It is acknowledged that one of the main indicators assessing the demand for labor resources in the labor market is the salary of specialists. Consequently, the purpose of our study is to carry out an econometric analysis of the factors affecting the wages of specialists in the field of digital technologies in the regions of Uzbekistan, and develop appropriate conclusions and proposals based on the obtained econometric models.

This article analyzes the innovative startup ecosystem formed in Silicon Valley, USA, based on economic and statistical approaches. The study examines the stages of startup development, venture capital dynamics, labor market changes, demographic indicators, and the evolution of technological activity in relation to the labor market, migration flows, patenting rates, and investment volumes. Statistical trends in the number of startups in Silicon Valley, the share of AI startups, newly established technology companies, venture capital distribution, and gender structure were analyzed for the period of 2020-2023. The research results indicate that economic and demographic diversification, investment opportunities, and human resource potential in Silicon Valley are of strategic importance for the sustainable growth of the ecosystem. This experience has practical significance for Uzbekistan in improving national policies and institutional mechanisms to support startups.

In recent years, strategies and programs aimed at poverty reduction have been developed in Uzbekistan, with the goal of improving the living standards and quality of life for the population in various regions. This article is dedicated to studying the effective impact of digital technologies on poverty reduction in Uzbekistan. To conduct this research, the "From Poverty to Prosperity"(2024) program was adopted. The analysis results show that digital technologies have a positive impact on poverty reduction. At the conclusion of the study, a model to enhance the impact of digital technologies on poverty reduction was proposed. The aim is to improve the quality of public services in poverty reduction by developing human resources, reforming the labor market, implementing modern forms of employment, and widely introducing decent labor standards based on international standards.

How does globalization affect labor markets and migration processes? In this study, the authors examine how globalization affects job opportunities, wages, and labor mobility. While skilled workers benefit from increased global opportunities, low-skilled workers face greater economic uncertainty. The study also examines the challenges of return migration, including skill mismatch and labor market reintegration difficulties. The results of the study suggest that globalization affects different workers in different ways, requiring policies that ensure fair opportunities and economic stability for all.
This article analyzes the demographic impact of external labor migration on the population dynamics of Uzbekistan. Such factors as territorial imbalances arising as a result of migration, an increase in birth rates, and an increase in the working-age population were studied on the basis of statistical methods. The research results provide a scientific basis for determining the long-term demographic consequences of migration processes and the development of relevant policy decisions. The article is theoretically and practically relevant and serves to improve demographic policy.
