Currently solving social problems is becoming crucially important in the national economies of many developed and developing countries. In Uzbekistan particular attention is also paid to these problems in the government’s public policy. The paper examines not only the problems of poverty, but also offers recommendations on this issue.

Econometric modeling is of great importance in ensuring the effective development of agroclusters and assessing their impact on economic processes. This article considers the theoretical and practical aspects of using panel data in analyzing and optimizing the activities of agroclusters. Since panel data takes into account time and territorial factors, it allows studying the short- and long-term dynamics of agroclusters. The article analyzes econometric approaches such as the use of simultaneous systematic models, solving the endogeneity problem using this modeling method, and applying cointegration methods. The research results serve as a scientific and practical basis for ensuring the sustainable development of agrocluster networks, making effective management decisions, and optimizing inter-cluster integration processes.

This article analyzes the regulatory legal framework related to the National Sustainable Development Goals (NSDG) and evaluates the current state of budget expenditure tagging aligned with these goals. It highlights potential challenges in tagging budget expenditures to correspond with the NSDG and proposes recommendations for implementing a structured tagging procedure. Additionally, the article emphasizes the importance of integrating the tagging process with specific tasks under the NSDG framework, rather than focusing solely on overarching goals. This approach facilitates data-driven decision-making by enabling targeted allocation of funds, identifying NSDG areas that require additional financing, and assessing the effectiveness of expenditures. Examples are provided to illustrate how task-oriented tagging enhances budget planning and resource utilization.
The article states that tax authorities can improve their ability to detect possible tax evasion, ensure fair and equitable taxation, and ultimately contribute to the overall efficiency of the tax system by improving the practice of monitoring counterparties and taxpayers' activities. In many cases, taxpayers may provide incorrect or incomplete information, which makes it difficult for tax authorities to verify the authenticity of transactions and identify possible tax evasion schemes. Solving these problems requires the implementation of measures to improve the practice of monitoring the activities of taxpayers, whose participation in the audit of counterparties and tax monitoring.
The key economic task of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in market conditions is to ensure competitiveness in product markets in the area of their production specialization. In addition, long-term economic development dictates the need for a sufficient level of competitiveness in financial markets, that is, acceptable conditions for access to external sources of financing for operating and investment activities. Solving this problem is impossible without the implementation of large-scale investment projects that require significant amounts of financial and material resources. At the same time, in many sectors of the economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan there is a contradiction between the real need for the volume of financing of investment activities aimed at updating and developing the material and technical base, and the available sources of its own financial resources. One of the reasons for this situation is the lack of an effective management system for financial and investment activities, which is based on modern methodological principles and uses the latest technologies and tools for financial management of SMEs. All this predetermines the relevance of scientific substantiation of new methodological approaches to managing the investment activities of enterprises that are adequate to the current financial and economic conditions of their functioning.
