INNOVATSION IQTISODIYOT SHAROITIDA RAQAMLI TRANSFORMATSIYANING MINTAQAVIY IQTISODIY TENDENSIYALARGA TA’SIRI

Mazkur maqola innovatsion iqtisodiyot sharoitida raqamli transformatsiyaning mintaqaviy iqtisodiy tendensiyalarga taʼsirini oʻrganadi. Soʻnggi yillarda chop etilgan tadqiqotlarni sistematik adabiyot tahlili (SLR) orqali tahlil qilish asosida, raqamli texnologiyalar (masalan, sunʼiy intellekt, katta maʼlumotlar va IoT) iqtisodiy oʻsish, innovatsion salohiyat va mintaqaviy nomutanosibliklarga qanday taʼsir qilishi koʻrib chiqilgan. Natijalar shuni koʻrsatadiki, raqamli transformatsiya mintaqaviy iqtisodiy oʻsish va innovatsiyani sezilarli darajada ragʻbatlantiradi, ijobiy toʻkilish effektlari (positive spillover effects) orqali, ammo rivojlanayotgan mintaqalarda ekologik muammolar va tengsizliklarni kuchaytiradi. Xulosada salbiy taʼsirlarni yumshatish va barqaror rivojlanishni taʼminlash uchun integratsiyalashgan siyosatlarga ehtiyoj taʼkidlangan. Takliflar raqamli infratuzilmani rivojlantirish va yashil innovatsiyalarga investitsiya qilishni oʻz ichiga oladi.
