FINTECH PLATFORMALARIDA SUN’IY INTELLEKTGA ASOSLANGAN BIZNES KOMMUNIKATSIYASI: O‘ZBEKISTONDA MOLIYAVIY INKLYUZIYAGA TA’SIRI

Ushbu tezis raqamli kommunikatsiya muhitiga o‘tish kam xizmat ko‘rsatilgan foydalanuvchilarning moliyaviy xizmatlarda ishtirokini davom ettirishiga qanday ta’sir ko‘rsatishini hamda platformadagi kommunikatsiya shaffofligi ushbu munosabatni qanday moderatsiya qilishini tahlil qiladi. Mazkur tadqiqot fintech muhitida foydalanuvchilarning ishtirok darajasiga boshqa ko‘plab omillarga nisbatan samaraliroq ta’sir ko‘rsatishi mumkin bo‘lgan kommunikatsiya omillarini aniqlash nuqtai nazaridan amaliy ahamiyatga ega. Heckman tanlash modelidan foydalanib, ushbu tadqiqot sun’iy intellektga asoslangan kommunikatsiya vositalari (avtomatlashtirilgan javoblar, chatbotlar) bilan moliyaviy inklyuziya natijalari (hisob raqamlariga kirish imkoniyati va raqamli tranzaksiyalardan foydalanish) o‘rtasidagi bog‘liqlikni, shuningdek, fintech platformasi (raqamli bank ilovalari) tomonidan taqdim etiladigan moliyaviy xizmatlar bilan foydalanuvchilarning o‘zaro aloqasini tahlil qilishni maqsad qiladi.
