Maqolada davlat investitsiya siyosatining institutsional mexanizmlari va strategik yondashuvlari to‘g‘ridan-to‘g‘ri xorijiy investitsiyalarni (TXI) jalb etishga qanday ta’sir ko‘rsatishi ko‘rib chiqiladi. Tadqiqot institutsional nazariyaga asoslangan bo‘lib, tizimlashtirish, qiyosiy tahlil hamda dinamik qatorlarni taqqoslash usullaridan foydalanilgan. O‘zbekiston Respublikasida qo‘llanilayotgan institutsional mexanizmlar va strategik yondashuvlar, jumladan, huquqiy kafolatlar, tashkiliy tuzilmalar, rag‘batlantiruvchi rejimlar hamda xalqaro-huquqiy integratsiya vositalari tizimlashtirilgan.
