The article deals with the introduction of an effective mechanism in the economic sectors of the region as a source of increasing the economic potential of the region according to optimal standards. The agglomeration plays an important role in the social and economic development of the regions, because this process combines a number of factors, a unique economic analysis of complex development, and a combined system of indicators is presented.
