В статье теоретически исследуются современные подходы к финансированию инвестиций в развитие телекоммуникационной инфраструктуры. В исследовании научно обоснованы возрастающая стратегическая значимость телекоммуникационной инфраструктуры в цифровой экономике, высокая капиталоемкость инвестиционных проектов в этой области, длительный срок окупаемости и сложности формирования структуры финансирования
