ЗНАЧЕНИЕ ЦИФРОВОЙ ТРАНСФОРМАЦИИ В СОКРАЩЕНИИ РАЗЛИЧИЙ В ЭКОНОМИЧЕСКОМ РАЗВИТИИ РЕГИОНОВ

В этой статье исследуется значение цифровой трансформации в сокращении различий в экономическом развитии регионов. Во введении подчеркивается актуальность проблемы и современные тенденции, а в обзоре литературы анализируется ряд научных статей последних лет. Методология охватывает систематический обзор литературы (SLR) на основе руководства PRISMA и эмпирическое моделирование (панельная регрессия, GMM, пороговые модели). Результаты демонстрируют положительное влияние цифровой трансформации на смягчение региональных дисбалансов (например, стимулирование роста ВВП с коэффициентом 0.59), но выявляют U-образный эффект (точка перегиба 0.358) и недостатки инфраструктуры. В заключении подчеркивается потенциал цифровых технологий, зависящий от политических мер и инклюзивности, и даются рекомендации по политике, практике и исследованиям.
