INNOVATIVE MECHANISMS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF RAILWAY TRANSPORT IN THE CONTEXT OF SUSTAINABLE GROWTH OF THE INDUSTRY

This article presents a comparative analysis of innovative mechanisms for railway transport development in developed and developing countries. It highlights differences in goals, tools, and institutional contexts of innovation implementation. A methodology is proposed to assess the effectiveness of digital and environmental innovations. Recommendations are provided for policymakers based on the principles of sustainable development.
