This article develops a quadrant model of strategic planning of industrial agglomerations in the region and provides practical justification for it using the example of the Kashkadarya region. The study uses the quadrant analysis method based on share dynamics and growth rates to assess the level of industrial development of regions. As a result, strategies for differential development of regions are developed and scientific and practical recommendations are given on the optimal location of industrial agglomerations
