Abstract

This article analyzes the potential for developing smart tourism in Bukhara region. Bukhara, with its rich historical and cultural heritage, architecture, and tourist attractions, holds great potential for digitalizing tourism. The article examines the concept of smart tourism, focusing on how digital technologies (mobile apps, IoT, AR/VR, artificial intelligence, etc.) can be applied to personalize tourist experiences and improve service quality. Furthermore, the article explores global trends in smart tourism development and outlines how these technologies can be implemented in Bukhara region. It also provides strategies and practical recommendations for the development of smart tourism
