В данной статье рассматриваются вопросы обеспечения прозрачности экономических показателей деятельности акционерных обществ нашей республики и открытого раскрытия информации об изменении стоимости их акций на вторичном рынке. В данной статье рассматриваются вопросы привлечения инвесторов на основе анализа важнейших показателей деятельности акционерных обществ.
