IMPROVEMENT OF THE INSTITUTIONAL FRAMEWORK FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP IN THE SPHERE OF SERVICE PROVISION

The article focuses on the fact that the acceleration of transformation processes in the socio-economic sphere necessitates the development of long-term directions of state policy in the field of public-private partnership. The article presents proposals and recommendations for the implementation of investment projects aimed at the creation and reconstruction of infrastructure facilities that can not only improve the quality of life of the population, but also accelerate economic growth.
