FACTORS AND PROBLEMS AFFECTING HOUSING MARKET PRICES

The article examines the factors and problems affecting housing market prices. The contribution of the housing sector and various housing construction programs to economic growth and development, as well as many projects aimed at improving the social well-being of the population, is being observed in practice today. This article also provides an understanding of the work in this area, including the conclusions and proposals on building materials, construction products, decoration materials, economic factors, demographic factors, and other factors.
