DIRECTIONS FOR EXPANDING THE PARTICIPATION OF UZBEKISTANI CITIZENS IN GLOBAL LABOR MARKETS

This study is primarily dedicated to analyzing the supply and demand dynamics of foreign migration markets for citizens of Uzbekistan, with a particular focus on in-depth examination of current migration and emigration trends. It also addresses the prospects of establishing bilateral agreements with governments of countries that possess significant potential for the employment of Uzbekistani nationals. Special attention is given to the development of mechanisms for the vocational training of citizens with secondary education, aimed at preparing them for employment abroad. The research employs a mixed-methods approach and is oriented toward generating practical policy recommendations.
