This article examines the factors and results of strategic management in the construction materials industry. The author has studied and analyzed the management processes of enterprises in this sector. The article discusses actions related to the development and formation of strategy in the management of construction materials industry enterprises, as well as an analysis of the performance indicators of such enterprises.

The article examines the factors and problems affecting housing market prices. The contribution of the housing sector and various housing construction programs to economic growth and development, as well as many projects aimed at improving the social well-being of the population, is being observed in practice today. This article also provides an understanding of the work in this area, including the conclusions and proposals on building materials, construction products, decoration materials, economic factors, demographic factors, and other factors.

The paper substantiates theoretical and methodological approaches to shaping the economic mechanism for developing construction services as an independent segment of the service economy. Relying on systemic and institutional perspectives, it clarifies the mechanism’s essence and structure, identifies its key functional blocks and instruments, and explains the multiplier role of construction services in regional development. Uzbekistan’s regulatory framework aimed at accelerating real-sector growth and modernizing infrastructure is treated as a critical institutional foundation of the mechanism. The study proposes methodological provisions for assessing the mechanism’s effectiveness, providing a basis for further empirical research.

This article analyzes the state of investment-construction processes in Samarkand region, existing problems and ways to solve them. Based on the measures taken in the region for urbanization, modernization of infrastructure and expansion of industrial zones, priority areas for improving the investment climate are identified. Also, based on foreign experience, the possibilities of introducing modern construction management mechanisms, strengthening public-private partnerships and increasing efficiency through the widespread use of digital technologies are substantiated.

This article analyzes modern trends in the development of the construction materials industry in the Republic of Uzbekistan and covers theoretical and practical aspects of organizing production processes on the principles of quality management. The importance of the international standard ISO 9001:2015 in the implementation of quality management systems, its impact on economic efficiency and competitiveness, is scientifically based. During 2018-2024, analytical tables were formed on the volume of production of building materials, export indicators and the share of enterprises with ISO standards, revealing their dynamics of change. This article analyzes the necessity of recognizing environmental assets as separate accounting objects in the construction materials industry. Current accounting practices in Uzbekistan combine environmental investments with general fixed assets, making it difficult to assess their economic effectiveness. The paper proposes introducing sub-accounts 0192 and 0193 within account 0100 to record filtration systems, recycling technologies, and emission-reduction equipment. The proposed model enables the classification, amortization tracking, and performance monitoring of environmental assets, supporting better financial reporting and ESG compliance

This article systematically analyzes the factors affecting the development of small business and entrepreneurship in the Kashkadarya region. The purpose of the study is to determine the role of the small business sector in economic growth in the region, its contribution to industry, agriculture, construction, services and foreign trade indicators. Statistical analysis, comparative and trend analysis, as well as a review of scientific literature and complex processing of practical data were used as research methodologies. The results showed that small business plays an important role in the stability of the regional economy, but there is a need to further strengthen the investment environment, infrastructure and innovative development factors. At the end of the article, scientifically based conclusions and practical proposals were developed to support small business and entrepreneurship in the Kashkadarya region.

The study highlights the high dependency on foreign products, provides statistical insights, and evaluates government support measures for the sector. Key challenges and promising growth opportunities are identified through market dynamics and recent data.

В этой статье освещается роль технологий географических информационных систем (GAT) в эффективном планировании, управлении и развитии инфраструктуры. С помощью инструментов GAT были проанализированы возможности рационального использования территориальных ресурсов, оптимизации инженерных коммуникаций, быстрого реагирования на чрезвычайные ситуации и обеспечения экологической устойчивости. В качестве примеров рассматриваются передовой мировой опыт, в частности внедрение технологий GAT в рамках инициативы Smart Nation в Сингапуре, формирование моделей виртуальных городов и их влияние на транспортную, водную и строительную инфраструктуру, а также приводятся выводы и предложения на основе анализа.

This article critically and analytically examines the institutional foundations of real estate management. The state of development in the industry is analyzed based on conducted research, statistical data, opinions of international and local economists, as well as current trends in practice. Aspects such as ambiguity in the distribution of powers, lack of transparency, weak coordination between institutions, and lack of trust regarding existing problems in the management system are analyzed. Using the example of the E-auction platform, the importance of effective institutional reform is demonstrated, and institutional solutions and recommendations necessary for the sustainable development of the real estate market are developed.

The scientific article describes the ways of studying and effectively using the introduction of automated information technologies in the national economy in the context of the digital economy, the factors influencing this, the main tasks of the introduction and development of digital technologies, a number of shortcomings in the design of automated information systems based on digital technologies and the organization of these systems, as well as the principles of the entire world community in this area for the successful implementation of the digitalization program.
