Mazkur maqolada umumiy ovqatlanish korxonalarining samaradorligini oshirishga qaratilgan turli usullar va yo‘llar tahlil qilinadi. Ayniqsa, oilaviy korxonalar misolida, ishlab chiqarish va xizmat ko‘rsatish sohalaridagi samaradorlikni oshirish, xarajatlarni qisqartirish va foydalilikni maksimal darajaga yetkazish bo‘yicha amaliy tavsiyalar beriladi. Maqolada ovqatlanish sohasidagi raqobatbardoshlikni kuchaytirish, innovatsion texnologiyalarni joriy etish, xodimlar malakasini oshirish hamda samarali menejmentni amalga oshirish bo‘yicha aniq takliflar keltirilgan. Shuningdek, oilaviy korxonalar uchun mo‘ljallangan maxsus marketing strategiyalarining ahamiyati ta’kidlanadi.
The article is devoted to studying the mechanisms of effective management of family business activities in the Republic of Uzbekistan. In a rapidly changing economic environment, family business is becoming an important element of the sustainable development of the country's economy. The author analyzes modern management models, identifies the key problems and difficulties family enterprises face, and offers recommendations for their optimization. Special attention is paid to implementing innovative strategies, using digital technologies, and adapting to market requirements.
