Maqolada Markaziy Osiyo, xususan O‘zbekiston Respublikasida suv resurslarining tanqisligi sharoitida tomchilatib sug‘orish texnologiyasining piyoz yetishtirishda iqtisodiy samaradorligini oshirish masalalari o‘rganildi. Maqolada Prezident Mirziyoyev boshchiligida qishloq xo‘jaligida suvni tejaydigan innovatsion texnologiyalar joriy etilishi va ularning samaradorligi tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot obyekti sifatida Jizzax viloyati Zomin tumani tanlangan bo‘lib, bu hududda tomchilatib sug‘orish asosida piyoz yetishtirishning suv tejash, hosildorlikni oshirish va iqtisodiy foyda olish imkoniyatlari batafsil ko‘rib chiqiladi
