Ushbu maqolada mintaqaviy ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy rivojlanishni prognozlashda zamonaviy yondashuvlar, jumladan iqtisodiy-matematik modellar, sun’iy intellekt va geoaxborot texnologiyalarining qo‘llanilishi tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda barqaror rivojlanishni ta’minlashda integratsiyalashgan indikatorlar, maqsadli va empirik yondashuvlar uyg‘unligining ahamiyati yoritilgan. Hududlararo nomutanosibliklarni kamaytirish, investitsion faollikni kuchaytirish hamda siyosiy qarorlar uchun ishonchli prognozlar tayyorlash muhim ilmiy-amaliy vazifa sifatida baholangan. Shu orqali prognozlash va rejalashtirish jarayonlari strategik boshqaruvning ilmiy asosini tashkil etishi asoslab berilgan.
