Ushbu maqolada universitetlarning jamiyatdagi roli kengayib borishi bilan texnologik innovatsiyalar va iqtisodiy rivojlanish manbai boʻlgan muassasa qiyofasi prognoz qilinmoqda, natijada universitetni oʻzgartirish trayektoriyasi yuzaga keladi. Tadbirkorlik universitetiga oʻtishda strategik yoʻnalishni belgilash, undan soʻng oʻsha universitet doirasida ishlab chiqilgan bilimlarga sodiqlik, undan asosan hududiy asosda foydalanish zarurati tugʻiladi. Tadbirkorlik universiteti tadqiqot universitetini takomillashtirish boʻlib, u jamiyat bilan aloqani birlashtiradi, tadbirkorlik universitetlari taʼlim, fan va ishlab chiqarish integratsiyasiga moslashgan boʻlib, bitiruvchi talabalarning ishsizlik bilan bogʻliq yechimlarni izlashda sanoat va jamiyat muammosidan foydalanadi. Oliy taʼlim tizimini 2030-yilgacha rivojlantirish konsepsiyasida Oʻzbekiston Respublikasining 2030-yilga borib Global innovatsion indeks reytingi boʻyicha jahonning 50 ilgʻor mamlakati qatoriga kirishiga erishish vazifasi qoʻyilgan boʻlib, bunda tadbirkor universitetlarning ahamiyati muhim ekanligi yoritilgan.
