This article analyzes the optimal composition of working capital and its impact on financial stability in small manufacturing enterprises. Using the textile industry as an example, it examines the important role of working capital in the production process of a company and the necessity of proper management to ensure financial stability. The article evaluates the main components of working capital, their optimal ratios, and financial stability indicators. It also presents strategies for managing working capital and ways to enhance their efficiency through modern technologies. The research findings include practical recommendations for small textile enterprises, which will help increase their competitiveness and ensure financial stability.
The article describes the approaches of foreign scientists to the concept of the creative economy and its constituent industries. The American and British approaches to the main sectors of the creative economy are compared. In 1900-2008 trends in the development of the creative working class in the structure of the US working class were studied. Based on the UK methodology, the state of development of the creative economy in Uzbekistan is analyzed from the point of view of its constituent industries and the number of employees. Scientific proposals and practical recommendations aimed at developing the creative economy in Uzbekistan have also been developed.
This article presents the concept of insolvency (bankruptcy) and its content, the definitions of the concept in various scientific publications, the methodology of insolvency analysis, and the relevance of the topic. The Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Bankruptcy" was repealed and the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Insolvency" was adopted. This Law was developed in accordance with Article 155 of the State Program for 2020. The article describes the foreign models of bankruptcy prediction and the indicators used in them. As a result of the research, was formed the author's approach to preventing insolvency (bankruptcy) and recommendations were developed.

This article proposes a methodology for determining and analyzing the volume and value of “non-working” savings of the population of Uzbekistan, that is, investments and reserves in monetary and non-monetary form, not attracted to the official economy as investments. The methodology takes into account the specifics of the economy, in particular, the high level of influence of the US dollar on the domestic market, the high share of the shadow economy, and the low level of development of investment companies. This study proposes a multi-stage approach, in particular a multi-stage approach that combines macroeconomic balance methods, household microdata, behavioural models of cash demand, and a Bayesian structural module for resource integration. Data sources, validation processes, distribution by region, and implementation algorithm are described.
