This article analyzes the theoretical foundations and practical significance of the Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) concept, which is an important component of the circular economy. The study highlights the role of EPR policies in reducing waste, promoting efficient use of resources, and fostering environmentally sustainable production. The introduction of this concept in the context of Uzbekistan is substantiated as being crucial for transitioning to a circular economy model, developing waste recycling infrastructure, and enhancing the environmental responsibility of producers.
The article analyzes the achievements of Uzbekistan in the field of sustainable development in recent years, including the introduction of renewable energy sources, increased waste recycling and legislative initiatives. It provides international experience of the EU, USA, China, Kazakhstan and other countries, demonstrating successful practices of financial incentives. The article offers recommendations for the creation of a national "green fund", the development of preferential lending programs, educational initiatives and the improvement of the investment climate. It is predicted that the implementation of these measures will increase the share of renewable energy, reduce CO₂ emissions and create new jobs in environmentally friendly industries.
Ushbu maqolada O‘zbekistonda “yashil iqtisodiyot” tamoyillarini joriy etish jarayonining mohiyati va ahamiyati yoritilgan. Mamlakatda ekologik barqarorlikni ta’minlash, resurslardan oqilona foydalanish, “yashil energiya” ulushini kengaytirish hamda qishloq xo‘jaligida suvni tejovchi texnologiyalarni qo‘llash bo‘yicha amalga oshirilayotgan ishlar tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, iqtisodiyotning ushbu yangi modeli bilan bog‘liq imkoniyatlar va to‘siqlar o‘rganilib, ularni bartaraf etish yo‘llari ko‘rsatib o‘tilgan. Maqolada xalqaro tajriba, davlat strategiyalari va investitsiya loyihalari misolida yashil transformatsiyaning istiqbollari atroflicha bayon etiladi.

This article analyzes the importance of innovative projects in municipal services. Based on the experience of the world and Uzbekistan, the study examines the economic, environmental, and social benefits of introducing innovative technologies. Innovative projects, including smart cities, digital management, energy efficiency, and waste recycling, analyze the possibilities of effective resource management, environmental protection, and population well-being through such approaches as smart cities, and digital management. The article also discusses the existing infrastructure, and financial and technological constraints in introducing innovative technologies and provides recommendations for solving these problems.
