The article considers an important issue of training personnel with a scientific degree and the possibilities in the field of using statistical analysis to forecast this process. The use of statistical analysis to study and forecast the processes of training personnel with a scientific degree allows to significantly improve the efficiency of managing this process, optimize training costs, and ensure more accurate planning of the need for scientific personnel. Using the information from this research, it is possible to develop a system for training personnel with a scientific degree and to increase their competitiveness in the labor market.

In this research, several aspects that can affect the quality of the personnel training system in the field of tourism are studied. Based on empirical evidence and theoretical foundations, the article provides insights and recommendations on opportunities and strategies to optimize and modernize training systems to improve employee performance and organizational success in the tourism industry.

The existing recruitment strategies, training programs and measures to retain staff in the health care system of Uzbekistan are analyzed, as well as recommendations for their improvement, taking into account the specifics of the country. THE ALTERNATIVE FINANCE ECOSYSTEM IN UZBEKISTAN: A STAGED DEVELOPMENT MODEL BASED ON INFRASTRUCTURE AND CAPACITY

The aim of this study is to develop a phased model for the gradual formation of an alternative finance ecosystem in Uzbekistan, taking into account the country’s existing financial market infrastructure, institutional capacity, and available alternative finance instruments. To achieve this objective, the study adopts a predominantly qualitative approach. The analysis results in the formulation of key policy directions and implementation stages for the development of an alternative finance ecosystem in the country. In particular, the study outlines the establishment of an institutional foundation to support alternative finance, the design of a human capital development strategy and the enhancement of awareness in the field of Islamic finance, the phased introduction of Islamic capital market instruments and the preparation and sequencing of development programs.
