Internship programs are increasingly recognized as strategic tools for enhancing organizational performance and addressing skill gaps in Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs). This research explores the multifaceted impacts of internships on SMEs, including productivity, innovation, and employee retention. The study employs a mixed-methods approach, integrating quantitative data from SME performance metrics and qualitative insights from interviews with SME managers and interns. Results indicate that structured internship programs positively influence SME growth and competitiveness while offering potential challenges that require mitigation.
This article proposes a methodology for determining and analyzing the volume and value of “non-working” savings of the population of Uzbekistan, that is, investments and reserves in monetary and non-monetary form, not attracted to the official economy as investments. The methodology takes into account the specifics of the economy, in particular, the high level of influence of the US dollar on the domestic market, the high share of the shadow economy, and the low level of development of investment companies. This study proposes a multi-stage approach, in particular a multi-stage approach that combines macroeconomic balance methods, household microdata, behavioural models of cash demand, and a Bayesian structural module for resource integration. Data sources, validation processes, distribution by region, and implementation algorithm are described.

The increasing global focus on sustainable development has prompted a growing interest in understanding the roles of green innovation and digitization in fostering economic, environmental, and social sustainability, particularly within emerging economies like Uzbekistan.This study employs Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to investigate the pivotal roles of green innovation and digitization in fostering sustainable development within the context of Uzbekistan, emblematic of challenges and opportunities for emerging economies. Through a comprehensive conceptual analysis, the research assesses the impact of these initiatives on economic growth, environmental conservation, and social equity. The findings reveal significant contributions of green innovation and digitization to sustainable development, manifested in heightened economic efficiency, reduced environmental degradation, and enhanced social well-being. Emphasizing the indispensability of institutional support, financial incentives, and stakeholder engagement, the study underscores the imperative for effective adoption and integration of sustainable practices and technologies.
The article examines the concept of corporate social responsibility (CSR) and its development in the context of modern economic, social, and environmental challenges. The author analyzes the historical development of CSR, starting from the works of Howard Bowen and Archie Carroll, and considers international standards such as ISO 26000:2010. The research methodology includes a comparative analysis of international and national CSR implementation practices. The article emphasizes that companies view social projects as investments that contribute to competitive advantages and sustainable development. Examples of successful companies are provided, and barriers to CSR development in Uzbekistan are analyzed, along with proposed solutions to overcome them.
Population aging is an important trend of social development. At present, China is in the largest aging process in history, catching up with or even surpassing the aging speed of Western countries in the rapid evolution, with many pressures and challenges under the complex internal and external environment. China has put forward a series of new theories, new ideas and new strategies on the work of aging, forming a theoretical system with rich connotation, complete system and strict logic, which guides the practice of the Chinese government to deal with population aging. This paper deeply analyzes the relevant theoretical basis, analyzes the current situation, characteristics and causes of China's aging, and summarizes the practice of China's innovative response to aging since 2010, in order to provide valuable experience for the rest of the world to deal with aging.
The article emphasizes the need to assess the tourism potential of regions when forming a tourism development strategy and its implementation, and also analyzes the definitions of the concepts of potential, tourism potential and economic potential. When assessing the tourism potential of the regions, the need for a two-sided approach to it is shown - resource and process. In cases where quantitative assessment is difficult, the author proposes an assessment method based on a resource approach using expert assessments.
The article discusses the current situation and main trends in the field of financing tourism organizations in Uzbekistan. Both state and private sources of financing were analyzed, special attention was paid to the issues of preferential lending, tax incentives, and subsidizing projects aimed at the development of tourism infrastructure. The article identifies the main problems facing the tourism sector and suggests ways to overcome them based on the analysis of successful practices and strategies.

This article examines the issues of digitalization of the medical sphere and foreign experience. The practice of digitalization of the healthcare system of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the experience of foreign countries in this area have been studied. Also, on the basis of statistical data, trends in the development of the country's medical sphere were analyzed and proposals and recommendations were developed for the effective organization of information digitalization processes at medical enterprises.
