This article identifies the problems and potential opportunities for analyzing small businesses and private entrepreneurship. At the same time, ways to expand and increase the export potential of small businesses in the economic sector were proposed, based on establishing export and innovation processes on a mutually compatible basis.
This article describes the status of our country’s WTO membership and its goals. After joining the organization, the achievements and shortcomings of our country will be thoroughly analyzed. During the discussion, recommendations for improving the scope of measures implemented in this field of research in Uzbekistan will also be considered.
The article considers the current state of small and medium-sized businesses (SMB) in Kazakhstan on the basis of a comprehensive analysis of state measures to support entrepreneurship in Kazakhstan, identifies the main barriers that hinder its growth and development. Special attention is paid to the problems of lending, taxation and access to information resources. The author considers effective strategies implemented by the government of Kazakhstan within the framework of national programmes and initiatives, and assesses their effectiveness on the basis of available empirical data. International experience is also analysed to identify the most successful incentive mechanisms. The paper offers specific recommendations for improving the institutional environment and developing a comprehensive system of support for priority areas of SME development. The importance of creating favourable conditions for innovation and increasing the export potential of enterprises is discussed. The final part is devoted to strategic planning at the state level to achieve sustainable socio-economic development.
This article describes the reforms being implemented in the agricultural sector, the cluster method of agricultural production, achievements in the cultivation and export of fruits and vegetables in the republic, the structure of exports of fruits and vegetables, the results of an analysis of countries importing fruits and vegetables.
From 2021 to 2024, the government allocated financial resources ranging from 330 billion to 560 billion UZS to support exporting enterprises. As a result of financial assistance aimed at increasing export potential, local products worth 14 billion USD were delivered to foreign markets. The article evaluates the impact of government-provided financial support on the export potential of enterprises operating in the Republic of Uzbekistan and analyzes the efficiency of the allocated funds.
In the process of expanding foreign economic relations of Uzbekistan, the article examines the ways of coordinating the organizational basis of coordination relations and the mechanisms for their development within the framework of the cooperation development system associated with the Shanghai Cooperation Organization. The impact of existing problems on the process of establishing large-scale trade and economic relations between the member states of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization and the Republic of Uzbekistan is analyzed.Within the framework of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, a scientific proposal and practical recommendations on the system for expanding Uzbekistan's foreign economic relations and the directions for its coordination have been developed.
