Mazkur maqola innovatsion iqtisodiyot sharoitida mintaqalar ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy rivojlanishining kelajakdagi senariylarini ilmiy asoslangan holda tahlil qiladi. Kirish qismida zamonaviy tendensiyalar (raqamli transformatsiya, sun’iy intellekt, yashil texnologiyalar va iqlim oʻzgarishi) belgilangan boʻlib, adabiyotlar sharhi soʻnggi 5 yildagi nufuzli jurnallardagi bir qancha ilmy tadqiqot ishlariga asoslangan, RIS (mintaqaviy innovatsion tizimlar) evolyutsiyasi, empirik modellar va siyosiy tavsiyalarni qamrab oladi. Metodologiya sistematik adabiyotlar tahliliga (SLR) va senariy rejalashtirishga asoslangan. Natijalar uchta senariyni koʻrsatadi: optimistik (raqamli integratsiya orqali 2–5% oʻsish), pessimistik (tengsizlik va stagnatsiya) va aralash (transformatsion moslashish). Xulosada RISni mustahkamlash va yashil innovatsiyalarga sarmoya kiritish taklif etilgan.
